You may cancel your order free of charge at any moment prior to the dark store dispatching the rider. Once dispatched, cancellation is subject to reason verification by customer support.

2. 2-Hour Freshness Guarantee

If you receive an item with damaged packaging, missing items, or substandard freshness, contact our 24/7 in-app support within 2 hours of delivery. We will issue an instant replacement delivery or full refund.

3. Refund Processing Timelines

Approved refunds are processed instantly. UPI payments reflect in 15 minutes to 2 hours, and credit/debit card refunds appear on your statement within 3 to 5 business days per standard banking processing rules.
